1. Information we collect
When you book, contact us or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, phone number, booking and purchase details, and messages. For mobile services, we also request the address or accommodation details needed for your visit.
For safe massage and yoga services, we may ask about your health, medical history, medication or pregnancy where relevant, and may keep notes in client records or similar documentation alongside treatment details and preferences. We obtain your consent before collecting sensitive information such as medical history, except where permitted by law.

2. How we use information
We use information to manage bookings, changes and cancellations; provide services and check safety; respond to inquiries; confirm payments and refunds; deliver gift vouchers and instructions; maintain transaction records; address misuse; and meet legal obligations. Health information is used for safe services and ongoing care.

3. Gift vouchers
After confirming payment, we email the voucher and instructions to the purchaser, who forwards them to the recipient. The recipient's name and contact details are not required at purchase. When the recipient books, we collect the information normally required for a booking.

4. Service providers and sharing
We use Wix for our website, bookings and inquiries, Square for gift voucher payments, and email, LINE and WhatsApp for communication. We may entrust information to these providers as needed to deliver our services. Information entered or sent through these services is also handled under their privacy policies and may be stored or processed outside Japan.
Payment providers process card information. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent except where permitted by law. Where overseas transfers require legal procedures, we take the necessary steps.

5. Cookies
This website may use cookies and similar technologies for operation, security and language preferences. You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser, but some features may not work. Please refer to the relevant providers' policies for their handling of information.

6. Security and retention
We limit access to personal information to what is needed and strive to protect it against loss, disclosure and unauthorized access, including through device and account protection. We retain information as needed for its purposes and legal obligations, then delete or dispose of it appropriately. Contact us below for questions about our safeguards.

7. Your requests
To request information about our purposes of use, access to your data, correction, suspension of use, deletion or suspension of third-party disclosure, please contact us below. We verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request, for example because of a retention obligation, we will explain why.
