For example, the pose called Downward-Facing Dog.
It’s often described as a “resting pose,” but for me, it was actually quite painful.
Because of these experiences, I truly understand how confusing and challenging yoga can feel at first.
That’s why I take time to gently guide you in how to use your body and find proper alignment.
Most importantly, I value helping you expand your body through breath and restore balance to both body and mind.
