My name is Miwa Ueda, owner and therapist of Inankl Niseko, and also a yoga instructor.

Through my experience as a yoga instructor, I developed a passion for helping people more directly through touch.
Combining my knowledge of anatomy and breathing with hands-on techniques, I provide treatments that support natural movement and recovery.

I work with a wide range of clients, from those with chronic shoulder and lower back tension to those experiencing fatigue from activities such as skiing and snowboarding.

I believe that when the body is balanced, the mind becomes calm — and when the mind is calm, the body naturally returns to balance.

Each treatment is given with care, using my warm hands and gentle, flowing touch.
I aim to create a space where your body and mind can fully relax and unwind.
